Panera Bread Mac and Cheese Recipe

Panera Bread’s Signature Macaroni & Cheese


Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) package of small pasta shells
¼ cup butter
½ cup all-purpose flour
2½ cups 2% reduced fat milk (or cream)
6 slices  American cheese, chopped
1 cup (8 ounces) shredded extra-sharp white Vermont cheddar                                                              2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon hot sauce

Directions
1.Prepare pasta according to package directions.
2.Melt butter over low heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute, whisking constantly.
3.Gradually whisk in milk (or cream); cook over medium heat, whisking until mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat.
4.Add cheeses, mustard, salt, and hot sauce, stirring until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
5.Stir in pasta and cook over medium heat for 1 minute (or until thoroughly heated).

Serves 4 to 6

ZIONS

It was free admissions into Zions this weekend so went went with cousins.  We had a great time and it was so beautiful with all the fall colors!

Tilly's 1st birthday!

I can't believe our baby is 1!  They grow and change so much in the 1st year!  We are enjoying her little personality.  She is very shy around other people but when she's at home she is so silly.  She loves to try and do everything the big kids do.  She loves to play outside & she has so much energy and keeps me on my toes.  We enjoy seeing her learn new things everyday!

HALLOWEEN

It was a crazy Halloween.  I went in and helped in 2 class parties, then we had a neighborhood party and then we took the kids trick-or-treating for almost 3 hours!  Needless to say we all slept well last night with bellies full of sugar!

Fall Break

Camping

My parents were kind enough to let us borrow their tent trailer for a while.  We took it up for the weekend to try it out.  We had a great time.  We all slept warm and cozy.  It was definitely an adventure for our kids!

11 months old!

Tilly is 11 months old.  I can't believe how quickly this first year is going.  She is so full of personality.  She loves to mimic everything we do.  She loves chasing the cat and going for rides in her little car.  She has such a cute sense of humor and we love seeing her learn new things everyday!

First day of school and a girls weekend

Here is a picture of the kids on  their first day of school.  That weekend My mom, sister, and sister in-law's all came down for a fun girls weekend!

10 MONTHS OLD!

Tilly is 10 months going on 2 years.  She thinks she is one of the big kids now.  She is walking like a pro, loves to mimic the sounds we make, and is very bright and happy all the time.  She loves to go for rides in the orange car.  She stands at the back sliding glass doors yelling until you take her out.  She also has a pink little bunny that she carries and snuggles with.  She is getting her top 4 teeth right now.  The 3 older kids still can't get enough of her.  She enjoys her quit time with me during the day but is so excited to see the kids come home from school in the afternoons. 

It's Official! She's Walking now!

9 months

Tilly is getting so big!  She is 27" long and weighs 18.7 lbs.  She is in the 50th% for both height and weight.  She loves getting into anything she can find and she is constantly on the move.  She is taking a step here or there.   She loves cruising along furniture and walls.  Over the summer she has developed some bad sleeping habits...but hopefully when the older kids go back to school she will get back on track!  She is such a happy baby and has such a fun personality!

8 months!

Tilly is now 8 months old!  She is so quick at crawling and loves getting into anything/everything.  She is pulling herself up to stand and is such a bright happy baby!  I would not be surprised if she is walking by her 9 month post!

Robb Family Reunion 2011

We had a great time at my parents for our annual family reunion.  We had tons of great food and games.  We have spent time with everyone in Ryan and my family during the past 2 months it has been a lot of fun!

7 months

I can't believe how much my baby is growing.  She is getting so fast at crawling, she can go from crawling to sitting, and she is pulling herself up to stand.  It is so exciting to see her learn everything so quickly, but we have to keep a close eye on her because she doesn't stay in the same place for very long!

My Dad's retirement party

After 40 years of teaching elementary education my dad retired.  My siblings and I threw him a surprise retirement party.  We all had  a great time.  Congrat's Dad!
